Due to the nature of resale items, all sales at Plugged In Kickz are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, sizing information, and condition details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we review the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • A return authorization

  • A refund to the original payment method

Return Requirements

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • In the same condition it was received

  • Unworn and unaltered

  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
