If a piece arrives damaged, the wrong item, or not as described, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it — replacement, return authorisation, or a refund to your original payment method. If it arrives exactly as photographed — right item, right size, right condition — the sale is final. That's the whole deal, stated plainly.
